Paglierino con riflessi dorati. Al naso spiccano immediatamente le note iodate di questo vitigno che nel terroir della Loira può arrivare ad esprimere sentori quasi salmastri. Acido e agrumato, se gli si concede la giusta attesa nel bicchiere, sviluppa note più dolci di mela verde, pere. Ottima corrispondenza naso-bocca: all’ingresso verticalissimo di grande freschezza, si contrappone tutta la morbidezza della frutta già percepita al naso. Equilibrato e abbastanza persistente, è un vino di grande beva, perfetto per una calda serata estiva.
